No hay sitio publicado, no se conoce dominio alguno y ni siquiera el nombre comercial está confirmado — la ficha de lead dice “Island Vibe Nomads”, el perfil dice @nomades.vibedailha. [CONFIRM nombre comercial, razón social y CNPJ]. Sin un responsable identificado, un sitio que recoge datos personales no cumple la LGPD, y por eso es lo primero que hay que resolver.
La ventaja de empezar de cero
Este es el único alojamiento de este lote sin un sitio anterior que corregir — lo que significa que el consentimiento puede construirse bien desde la primera línea de código. Nada no esencial funciona antes de que lo actives, nada viene premarcado, y rechazar es tan fácil como aceptar.
Feed de Instagram
Si se incrusta un feed en vivo de Instagram, es un encargado externo: carga scripts de Meta y puede registrar tu visita. Por eso solo carga dentro de la rama consentida, nunca al abrir la página, y el encargado queda declarado en esta política. [CONFIRM acceso al embed].
Contenido sobre visados y residencia
Cualquier contenido publicado sobre visados, residencia o el visado para nómadas digitales se revisa por alguien cualificado antes de publicarse. Una orientación migratoria equivocada en una web de alojamiento causa un daño real a quien la lee — alguien puede planear una mudanza de país sobre esa base.
Registro en el Ministerio de Turismo
