What changes against the current site
Magic Boats already runs a granular consent manager and already publishes a Política de Privacidade — the
best starting position in this entire batch, and worth saying out loud. The one recommended change is the
default: today their Google consent mode initialises as granted before the
visitor chooses. Here everything non-essential starts denied, and refusing carries exactly the same visual
weight as accepting. The four existing legal pages — Política de Locação, Cancelamentos, Trabalhe Conosco
and Política de Privacidade — are preserved, not replaced.

Passenger lists and the Marinha do Brasil
Once a booking is confirmed, recording who boards may be required. Vessel registration, skipper licensing, safety equipment and maximum passenger capacity are all set by the Brazilian Navy through the Capitania dos Portos and are printed on each vessel’s documentation.
