BEG

Beginner

No dance background needed. Every step is broken down slowly; the first ten minutes are a warm-up and the basics of the routine.

INT

Intermediate

You know the basic grooves and can pick up an eight-count in a few run-throughs. The routine builds faster.

ADV

Advanced

Full-speed choreography, more detail and texture. Best after a few months of regular classes.

OPEN

Open level

Everyone in one room. The routine is taught once, then each level gets its own version.

The rooms

Two rooms. Sprung floors. A wall of mirrors.

Room A is 1,100 sq ft with a full mirror wall; Room B is 800 sq ft with natural light. Both have sprung wood floors and a full sound system.
