Terms

DRAFT — not yet approved by Monte Dujue. No effective date until it is.

Quotes and estimates

A price given before the work starts is an estimate unless Monte says in writing that it is a fixed quote. If the job turns out to be different from what was described, he will tell you before going further.

Payment

All payments due at time of service.

Drawings and ideas

An idea you bring stays yours. Drawings, jigs and prototypes Monte develops to do the work stay his until paid for in full, and he will not sell your idea to anyone else.

Photographs of finished work

Monte may photograph finished work and show it on this site or on Facebook. Tell him if you would rather he did not. No customer's name, address, plate or boat name is shown without permission.
