Who we are
The practice
Founded in 2000, the practice has organised itself in different ways across its history; since 2013 its office has been in the Novo Campeche neighbourhood of Florianópolis, SC.
Twenty years working in architectural and conceptual design, developing architectural identity across a range of developments, with construction companies, developers and investors as our principal clients.
Partners Betina Chede, a graduate of the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), and Talita Coral, a graduate of the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (UDESC) — both Architects and Urbanists — together with a team of young professionals make up BCh Arquitetos.

The practice has deep experience in viability studies for sites across Greater Florianópolis and the Garopaba region. Massing studies, built areas, and basic and schematic volumetrics are among the materials delivered to the client — alongside work with partner marketing and branding teams on concept and use diagnosis for the site. The result goes well beyond a table of numbers.
