⚠ Sensitive data: allergy information
The commission form has a mandatory allergy and dietary step. Allergy information is health data and, under the LGPD, sensitive personal data (art. 11). It is handled accordingly: highlighted consent in the form itself, use restricted to producing that order safely, access limited to whoever makes it, no marketing use, and deletion after delivery. 3. Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your consent choice; they cannot be switched off. 4. WhatsApp
The buttons on this site open a WhatsApp conversation with a pre-filled message. From the moment you send that message, the processing of your data in that app is also governed by Meta Platforms' privacy policy, over which we have no control.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors necessary to deliver the service:

8. Security

The commission form
It collects a name, WhatsApp number, event date, serving count, style, reference link and dietary restrictions. The sole purpose is to quote and produce your order. This site stores nothing: the draft lives only in your own browser (sessionStorage) so you do not lose what you typed, and it disappears when you close the tab. On sending, the data goes over WhatsApp and is then also subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta) own policy.
Reference images
Please only share images you have the right to use. A cake photograph found online belongs to whoever made it, and reproducing another pastry chef’s original design is not an order — it is a copy.
