The biggest anxiety in building is not the price, it is not knowing what comes next. These six phases are written by you and reproduced here word for word — and they are the clearest competitive asset the practice has.
Briefing
An initial meeting to understand your hopes, purposes and intentions, along with the projected investment for the design, the works and any complementary services.
Preliminary Study
After the briefing and the costing, we present the design to be agreed with you, using photorealistic images from the 3D BIM model.
Permitting
Our team handles every bureaucratic step with the relevant authorities, to legalise the project and obtain the building permit.
Technical Design
An assembly manual, with details of every construction component and quantities for all the materials required.
Construction
Our team acts between you, the trades and the suppliers, and construction then begins.
Site Supervision
Site visits while the works progress, with direct contact between the teams and you, resolving any design questions that arise.
