4. WhatsApp
The buttons on this site open a WhatsApp conversation with a pre-filled message. From the moment you send that message, the processing of your data in that app is also governed by Meta Platforms' privacy policy, over which we have no control.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors necessary to deliver the service:

Who the controller is

The pre-order form
The pre-order form asks for item, quantity, pickup date, name, WhatsApp and notes. It sends nothing on its own: it composes a message and opens WhatsApp, and you decide whether to send it. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box, together with performing the order that follows. The details are used only to prepare and hand over your order. The bake-day notification list
The notification list is explicit opt-in: you join only if you ask to, the message is about the bread you named, and leaving is one click. It is not used for general promotion without fresh permission, and your number is not shared with anyone.
No payment passes through this site
No card details and no CPF are collected here. If a deposit is taken on pre-orders [CONFIRM whether one is], it is arranged directly with the bakery through its own payment method — Pix, for example — away from the website.
The map and Instagram are third parties
An embedded Google map and any Instagram widget transfer data to their own servers before you interact with them at all. Neither loads on page view: both sit behind embedded-content consent, and without it the address appears as plain text and a normal link goes to Instagram.
Gluten, allergens, and what is not claimed
This site publishes no product as “gluten free”. Kompaan works with wheat and rye in one room, which makes cross-contamination a physical reality until a separate, verified production area exists. Gluten labelling is mandatory under Lei 10.674/2003 and allergen declaration under ANVISA RDC 26/2015 — both apply to every item sold.
