The Raw Bar

Your bowl, built to order, exactly the way you want it

Fresh poke in the south of the island. Pick a base, a protein, toppings and a sauce — and the order arrives written out on WhatsApp.

And the raw bar almost nobody knows is there

Their own Google Maps listing reads “Opoke Sushi”. The kitchen runs both lines — and today the website tells you about neither.

What we found on opoke.com.br

The site exists. It just says nothing at all about what you sell

Checked 08/09. The page loads, it is WordPress with Elementor, and it contains exactly three things: the logo opoke.png (uploaded 10/2020), four social icons and an embedded Google Map. There is no menu, no price, no opening hours, no address in text, no bowl name, no roll name and not one line of indexable content. Someone landing on opoke.com.br cannot find out what a bowl costs, where the shop is, or when it opens. The only available action is to open WhatsApp and ask — which is what you have been doing, one customer at a time, for five years.
Two contradictions we have left visible rather than tidied away. The site title reads “Opoke – The Raw Bar”. The Google Maps name, in your own embed, reads “Opoke Sushi”. Two different identities on one domain, and [CONFIRM which is the primary line]. And the map pin falls in Campeche / Rio Tavares, but the address is never written anywhere — so no address has been derived from the coordinates and written into this build. [CONFIRM street, number and neighbourhood].

This build takes on the whole problem: a bowl builder that ends in an order written out on WhatsApp, the raw bar given a section of its own, the delivery area drawn, and a path to request a party platter that today simply does not exist. Every price and every option stays marked [CONFIRM] — nothing has been invented.

Build your bowl

Seven taps and the order arrives on WhatsApp, written out

A poke bowl is the most configurable product in food — which is exactly why it converts so well on a page and so badly in a DM. This builder genuinely works: choose, review, and it writes the whole order out, allergens included, straight into the chat.

The options in each step are [CONFIRM the full ingredient list per step] and no price appears because none is published. The allergens listed on each option are the categories possible for that step under ANVISA RDC 26/2015 — they are not the composition of a real item. As soon as the real list lands, the same mechanism carries item-level allergens through to the message without a line of code changing.

House bowls

For anyone who would rather not choose

Four fixed combinations, one tap. The names, the compositions and the prices are [CONFIRM]: no bowl has been invented, because poke names read plausible enough that a fabricated menu would be worse than an empty one.

The filters work; what needs confirming is which of these the kitchen can genuinely honour — including whether tamari is stocked in place of wheat-based soy sauce. No calorie or macro figure appears in this build: those need real recipe or lab data. [CONFIRM whether nutritional information exists].

Raw Bar

Opoke Sushi — the name on Google and nowhere on the website

Nobody searching “sushi delivery Campeche” will find you, because there is not one word of text on the site. This section exists to fix that — darker, calmer, fewer items shown larger.

Raw fish advisory. Eating raw or undercooked fish carries a health risk. Pregnant, elderly, very young and immunocompromised customers should seek medical advice before consuming it. This build makes no freshness, sourcing or “sashimi-grade” claim — none of that has been confirmed. [CONFIRM the exact wording the restaurant prefers].

Why Opoke

Three things — none of them invented

  • Whole fish on ice — stock photograph, not Opoke!’s fish

    Fresh fish

Supplier, delivery frequency and cold chain: [CONFIRM]. We have deliberately not written “fresh fish every day” — under the Brazilian consumer code that is a verifiable claim and it cannot go live unconfirmed.

  • An adult assembling a bowl in a kitchen — stock photograph, not Opoke!’s team

    Built to order

The bowl is assembled when the order arrives, not before. It is the strongest argument against pre-packed competition, and it is exactly what the builder on this page demonstrates.

  • Sealed kraft delivery packaging — stock photograph, not Opoke!’s packaging

Fast delivery across the south of the island

Campeche and Rio Tavares are your natural radius. Estimated time, fee and minimum order: [CONFIRM].

How to order

Straight to WhatsApp — and that is what you want

Every direct order is worth materially more than the same order through a delivery app, because no commission comes off it. That is why the direct path dominates this strip.

  1. ChooseA house bowl, or build your own. Both routes end in the same place.
  2. BuildSeven steps, allergens tagged, quantity and notes.
  3. WhatsAppThe builder writes the whole order out and opens the chat. You review and send.
  4. App[CONFIRM whether you are on iFood] — nothing on the site says so, so no app logo has been placed here.

Delivery area

How far you go — and from what order value

This map is drawn, not an embedded Google Map: the pin sits on the real coordinates you publish (-27.668062, -48.483651), but the rings are illustrative and the true radius is [CONFIRM].

While the radius is unconfirmed this field does not pretend to know the answer: it composes a question with your CEP and opens the chat. No lookup is made against any service and the CEP does not leave this device until you tap send.

Pickup and counter

Is there a counter? The site never says

“The Raw Bar” and a Google Maps pin both imply a physical counter, but the site never states it — so this build does not state it either. [CONFIRM whether there is dine-in].

If there is, this section takes the confirmed address (street, number, neighbourhood), the counter hours, and the difference between collecting and eating in. The address will come from your confirmation, never from the map coordinates — deriving a street from a coordinate pair is exactly the kind of false precision that sends a customer round the wrong block.

Catering and events

The party platter is the highest-ticket line — and today it has no path at all

Office lunches, birthdays, team dinners. A raw bar sells a big platter better than it sells anything else, and today anyone who wants one has to guess that it is possible. [CONFIRM whether you cater].

A dietary restriction on a large order is the single riskiest moment. Always take it in writing, item by item, and check it against the ANVISA RDC 26/2015 allergen list. This form has a field for it on purpose.
