Campeche · Florianópolis
Your sustainable refuge, three minutes from the sea
Set in the native vegetation of Campeche, on our own preserved land, with Ilha do Campeche straight ahead.
Two things found on the current site
One of them is a live bug
/acomodacoes and /acomodacoes/ return your own error page — “Ops! Página não encontrada.” Either the real path is something else, or there is a broken internal link on a live site. Either way, a guest who wants to see the rooms may be hitting a wall. Worth checking by hand today, regardless of this conversation. That is why no room category appears in this mockup: we could not read a single one, and inventing a room is worse than leaving the slot marked. [CONFIRM the full inventory: how many units, category names, m², bed configurations, maximum occupancy]On the rest: the rate range hides behind the query, the Blog Faceiro — a genuine search asset — sits ten screens down, and the trail, which is the entire product, is one sentence. This build moves all four.
The Lodge
Calm for the soul, in their own words
“Pousada Ilha Faceira is a family-run, sustainable refuge in Florianópolis, a few steps from Campeche beach, with the stunning Ilha do Campeche in front of it. Here, every detail was designed to offer calm for the soul — from the ecological trail that connects the lodge to the sand, to the artisanal breakfast served with affection.”
“Coming back from the beach, you find a welcoming setting with a heated jacuzzi, comfortable rooms and the care of a team that values hospitality, simplicity and genuine experiences.”
Both paragraphs are theirs, word for word, translated. There is nothing wrong with the copy — it is simply competing with ten screens of something else.
The Trail
From the gate to the sand, with no road to cross
This is the one thing on this page that no other Campeche guesthouse can copy: the trail is theirs, on their land, through vegetation they kept standing. In the site’s own words: “The easy, well-marked trail takes you to one of the most beautiful beaches on Santa Catarina island.” Today that is a sentence. Here it is the section.
3 minutes on foot, no road to cross- 01
The gate
The trail starts inside the property, not on the road.
- 02
The preserved land
Their own plot, native vegetation kept standing.
- 03
The dune
The vegetation opens and the sea appears.
- 04
The sand
Praia do Campeche, with Ilha do Campeche straight ahead. [CONFIRM]
Rooms
The structure is ready; the rooms are yours to supply
These three cards are declared placeholders, not real categories. We could not read a single one: your accommodations page returns a 404 on both obvious paths. As soon as the inventory arrives, each card takes a name, m², bed configuration, maximum occupancy, three amenity chips and the rate — with no redraw.

Services & Leisure
Eleven things, and three that deserve more than a bullet
The list below is theirs, exactly as published. What changes here is the weight: the heated hydromassage shows up in review after review and is currently listed as one bullet among eleven.
Heated hydromassage
Named in almost every guest review. It is what people remember afterwards. Hours and rules: [CONFIRM]
Pool
Among the planting, for the walk back from the beach. Hours: [CONFIRM]
Private parking
Uncovered and free, inside the property. Spaces: [CONFIRM]
- Playground
- Private beach access (3 min on foot)
- Prime location
- Beach kit loan
- Daily housekeeping
- Pool
- Breakfast
- Private uncovered parking
- Free Wi-Fi
- 24-hour reception
- Heated hydromassage
Beach kit loan
Towel, chair and umbrella lent at reception. Cheap to say and disproportionately persuasive: somebody spending the day on the sand needs to buy nothing and carry nothing from home. [CONFIRM]
Breakfast
Artisanal, served with affection — and named constantly
The phrase is theirs: “artisanal breakfast served with affection”. Guests name the breakfast constantly in the reviews, and on the site it is one bullet among eleven. Hours, what is served, and whether it is included in the rate: [CONFIRM].
Sustainability
The word is in the page title. What supports it is missing
“Sustainable refuge” is in their site title and in their hero. Two concrete things already support part of it, and they are said plainly here: the land is theirs and the vegetation was preserved, and the route to the beach is a trail, not a road. The rest needs content.
The land and the vegetation
Native woodland preserved on their own plot — this is theirs, and it is published.

Reviews
Ten real reviews — pulled live, not typed in
These ten handles and dates are the ones already on their homepage. Each review’s text comes from TripAdvisor through the integration — we have not written or rewritten any of them. The recurring themes are worth reading: the trail, the breakfast, the heated hydromassage, the warmth of the staff, cleanliness and the parking.

The ranking claim
Their homepage says today: “Our guesthouse is No. 1 of 321 in Florianópolis, according to TripAdvisor reviews.” Hand-written, undated. This mockup asserts no position at all. When it does ship, it ships like this: pulled live, or with the date beside it where anybody can see it.
Current position: [CONFIRM] · updated DD/MM/YYYY [CONFIRM]Blog Faceiro
An invitation to feel it before you even arrive
The tagline is theirs. So are the posts — and they are good: genuine local content, answering exactly what somebody types before booking. Today they live ten screens down, and a post nobody finds brings nobody in.

Location
Where we are, and what is walkable
The only distance below that is theirs is the first one. The others are marked because they were not published — and a guessed distance figure is the kind of thing a guest finds out with a suitcase in hand.

Campeche
Surf, stand-up paddle, walking — and the island right there
Praia do Campeche is long, open and good for surfing. Ilha do Campeche sits just offshore — and the usual caution applies: access to the island carries a legally capped daily visitor quota, as a protected archaeological and environmental site, so no page should imply guaranteed same-day access. [CONFIRM the current rules before any copy about the island]
