Your base on the island

Independent lodging for people spending a few days in Floripa. [CONFIRM the tagline with the owner]

Check availability

Dates in DD/MM. Until a booking engine is chosen this field composes a WhatsApp message with the dates already filled in — a legitimate route, and what Brazilian guests already expect. It checks no calendar and shows no rate, and says so. No figure has been invented: [CONFIRM]. The button only works once the number is confirmed.

Instagram

The feed is already the website. What is missing is the shop under it.

This section sits up here, not down by the footer, on purpose. Today the entire business runs through an Instagram profile: no website, no direct booking, no search presence for their own name, and no way for a guest to check dates at 23:00 without DMing a human.

The proposal is not to replace the feed. It is to give it an address. The same photographs they already make, now with a date picker directly above them — and on a domain that is theirs. Instagram can change the algorithm tomorrow; it cannot change their domain.
The feed is not loaded. The Instagram embed is a third-party tracker and only arrives after marketing cookies are accepted — being the most important section exempts nobody from that. Until then this grid shows static stock images.

The Pousada

This section’s paragraph is blank

And it is blank on purpose. Who they are, why the pousada exists, what it has that the others on the island do not — that can only come from them, and at a place that sells itself as lifestyle it is the part that carries the most weight. [CONFIRM the story with the owner]

The only thing the source spreadsheet says about this business is a single line: “an independent lifestyle accommodation catering to vacationers and tourists”. That is what this build started from, and nothing beyond it has been invented.

All four are marked. An icon row reads as verified fact, and none of these four is verified — not even the Wi-Fi. Confirm them one by one and the row becomes what it looks like.

Rooms

Three cards, three declared blanks

No room type could be read — not a name, not a count, not an occupancy, not a rate. The cards below say so plainly rather than filling in with a pretty name. The blanks are part of the pitch: they show exactly what needs handing over, and what the page looks like once it is.

Common areas

What exists outside the room

Three spaces, three questions. At a lifestyle-profile pousada it is the common area that decides whether a guest comes back — and not one of them could be confirmed.

  • A pool surrounded by tropical planting and loungers, no people — stock photograph, not the pousada’s pool

    Pool

Is there one? Size, hours, and whether it is guests-only: [CONFIRM]

  • An open pale-timber kitchen with a counter and stools, no people — stock photograph, not the pousada’s kitchen

    Shared kitchen

Is there kitchen access? Equipment and hours: [CONFIRM]

  • A covered terrace of tables facing the sea, no people — stock photograph, not the pousada’s terrace

    Terrace

A shared outdoor space for the end of the day: [CONFIRM]

A breakfast table seen from above with plates, fruit and coffee — stock photograph, not the pousada’s breakfast

Breakfast

Served? Included? What time?

Three questions again. Worth answering all three on the site, because they are exactly the three that arrive by DM at eleven at night. [CONFIRM the hours and whether breakfast is included in the rate]

Location

The neighbourhood is not established

The handle says only “floripa”, and the island is not one place: rate expectation, audience and search strategy change completely between Lagoa, Campeche, Jurerê and Centro. It has not been guessed. The times below drop in as soon as the address exists.

We speak [CONFIRM languages]Ver em português

A pousada positioned at tourists and holidaymakers needs to say, in one line, which languages it works in. The Argentine and digital-nomad audience in Floripa is large, and that line costs nothing. This page exists in Portuguese and English, at separate addresses — it is not a JavaScript text swap.

Every booking through Booking or Airbnb costs a commission — typically in the [CONFIRM current OTA rates] range. And every booking that arrives by DM costs a person answering the same three questions at midnight. A site with a direct path pays for itself on a handful of recovered reservations — and it is the only item on that list that is actually theirs.
