What you can see

Who else can see it
A caretaker, a property manager, a rental agency. Everyone with access is a user, and what matters as much as granting is being able to revoke when that person moves on.
What reaches you

If the power or the internet drops

We are not a monitoring company: there is no control room watching your feeds and no response dispatch. That is not a technical limitation — monitoring is regulated private security activity, authorised and supervised by the Policia Federal, and anyone doing it needs federal authorisation.

Can I watch from another country?
Yes — that is exactly what the system is set up for. What changes from country to country is the quality of your own connection, not the system.
What if the internet at the house drops?
Without internet there is no remote access, but with a UPS the local recording continues and you catch up afterwards. Without a UPS the recorder goes down with it. [CONFIRM what they specify]
How long is footage kept?
It depends on the design — and it is an LGPD decision as much as a disk one. No period is published here [CONFIRM].
Can I give the caretaker access and take it away later?
That is the right question. Granting is easy; what matters is that the system allows revoking and that you know how. [CONFIRM how this is handed over]
Do I have to tell people entering the house there are cameras?
Signage that an area is monitored is good practice and, depending on the case, an obligation. It covers visitors, deliveries, cleaners and guests.
Are cameras allowed inside a short-let property?

What is the warranty?
