4. WhatsApp
The buttons on this site open a WhatsApp conversation with a pre-filled message. From the moment you send that message, the processing of your data in that app is also governed by Meta Platforms' privacy policy, over which we have no control.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors necessary to deliver the service:

6. How long we keep it

- deletion of data processed on the basis of consent;
- information about who we share your data with;

- withdrawal of consent.

8. Security

Documents this site does not ask for
The quote form does not accept file attachments, deliberately. A CELESC electricity bill carries the account holder’s name, the installation address, the consumer unit number and a month-by-month consumption history — it is an identity document and a location document at the same time. If you want to send your bill, send it over WhatsApp, directly to the person handling your enquiry, and only after the conversation has started.
This site also asks for no CPF, ID number, proof of income or bank detail in any field. If it ever starts to, this policy has to change first.
Retention
How long the data from a quote that did not convert is kept: [CONFIRM]. Quotes that become contracts follow the applicable tax and civil retention periods — which also need confirming in writing [CONFIRM].
Sharing with the utility
A grid access request is filed with CELESC and requires the consumer unit holder’s details. That sharing rests on LGPD art. 7, item V (performance of a contract) and only happens once you have engaged the service — never from a quote request.
