A fiscal address is a regulated service. Registering a company at this address depends on supporting documentation (habite-se comercial, licences, proofs) and the contract has to state exactly what is and is not provided, how mail is handled and what happens on termination. Tarrafa sits inside MULTI Open Shopping, which gives a tarrafeiro things no street-level coworking can offer: ample parking, a cinema, restaurants, services, a supermarket and cultural programming downstairs.
You can book a visit, or simply try a single drop-in period. The drop-in is the lowest-friction way in, and today it has no call to action anywhere on the site.
FAQ
For members, yes — through biometric entry. Staffed reception is Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. Outside those hours the space is open to anyone on a plan, but there is no team at the desk.
A five-hour block: morning, 08:00–13:00 or afternoon, 13:00–18:00. Hot-desk plans count periods, not days and not loose hours.
So everyone gets a turn. It is their rule and it is on their site: booths are booked online and limited to 3h per person per day. Because it is a contractual term it appears beside the plan rather than in a footnote.

It includes a fiscal address, a commercial address and unlimited mail receipt. And there is an exclusion that is theirs: on the Tubarão Cação annual plan, the Fiscal Address fee is not included.
