The eight areas of care

What is inside the house

No treatment has been invented. Their eight category pages do not list a single individual treatment, so this build ships the category structure with a visible placeholder row — and no botox, filler, laser, cryolipolysis or microneedling, because none of it appears on their site. [CONFIRM the treatment list for each area, with duration and the responsible professional]
Why there is no price on any card. CFM Resolution 1.974/2011 prohibits publishing prices, promotions and discounts for medical procedures. Until it is confirmed, area by area, which offerings are medical procedures and which are wellness services, the safe build shows no price at all — and carries no discount bar, no “from R$” and no countdown. That is protection, not timidity: building it correctly is cheaper than being told to take it down. [CONFIRM the medical / non-medical split]

The space

A renovated house on the Campeche avenue

Espaço Valena opened on 08/12/2021, in a renovated house on Campeche’s main avenue in Florianópolis, joining a community known for its sustainability and active lifestyle.

“The place creates a feeling of calm and healing from the car park onwards.”

The house is a real differentiator and the current site never shows it. A health space in a house with a garden and its own parking is not the same thing as a room in an office block — and the photograph does that work on its own.
STOCK Exterior of a low residential house converted into a clinic, warm render, planted front garden and a wide entrance, in daylight. No people. Stock photograph used as a placeholder.
STOCK Bright treatment room with a prepared bed and plants, no people. Stock photograph used as a placeholder.
STOCK Indoor plants beside a large window, no people. Stock photograph used as a placeholder.

Who cares for you

The page the site does not have

Their whole proposition is “an interdisciplinary team of highly qualified professionals from several areas of health” — and the site names none of them. In a health space, who will be treating you is the information that decides the booking.

Responsible professional. A health establishment must display who its responsible professional is and that person’s council registration. Today that appears nowhere on the site. [CONFIRM the name and the registration]

No name, council, registration number or specialisation has been invented. The cards below show the structure with every field open, because inventing a health credential is not a copywriting mistake — it is a professional-council problem. There is also no stock photograph on any of these cards: a stock face beside the name of a health professional is read as being that person. [CONFIRM the team]

How care works here

Integrated care, in practice

“Integrated” is an abstraction until it becomes a process.

A first conversation on WhatsApp

You say what you are looking for and we point you to the right area.

An assessment with the professional for that area

Whether the initial assessment is charged [CONFIRM].

A personalised care plan

Built around you, with the stages and what is included.

Follow-up

Because the proposition is prevention, not a one-off session.

STOCK Relaxation area with two loungers, folded towels and a window onto greenery, no people. Stock photograph used as a placeholder.

Day Spa

The one product on the list that is bought as a gift

A day spa is bought by people passing through, bought without a referral, and bought as a present. It is the strongest candidate in the house for the English tree.

  • What is included: [CONFIRM]
  • Duration: [CONFIRM]
  • Gift voucher: [CONFIRM whether you offer one]
  • Validity and cancellation: [CONFIRM]
No price here either. Where a price may lawfully be shown — a non-medical service, a day-spa package, a course — it goes in as R$, total and unambiguous, with what is included, the duration and the validity beside it, as the CDC requires. Until the medical / non-medical split is confirmed, nothing is published. [CONFIRM]

Courses and Mentoring

The other audience

A course sold online is a distance contract. The 7-day right of regret (CDC art. 49) has to be stated on the product, not only on a terms page. [CONFIRM how the sale is made]

The three posts below are real and they are from May 2024. The blog has published nothing since, and reviving it is the cheapest organic lever available. [CONFIRM who would write it — in a health space, content about a health condition has to come from the responsible professional, not from us]
One word that is a claim. The post of 23/05/2024 calls the practice “Yoga terapêutico” — therapeutic yoga. “Therapeutic” asserts treatment of a condition, which pulls the activity into regulated health practice and requires a registered professional to be responsible for it. The same goes for “treating the root of the problem”: good philosophy, and it cannot be attached to any named condition. [CONFIRM who is technically responsible for the practice]

FAQ

What people ask before booking

How do I book a first appointment?

On WhatsApp, through the booking button — the message already carries the area you chose. On the current site that button points at # and does nothing, and the WhatsApp links are one digit short. Here both work.

What do I bring the first time?

[CONFIRM] — the answer depends on the area and should be written by the responsible professional, not by us.

Do I need a medical referral?

[CONFIRM — per area]. Some of the eight are wellness services and require nothing; others are regulated health practice. That is the same split that determines what may be advertised.

Do you issue a receipt for health-insurance reimbursement?

[CONFIRM]. It depends on the registration of the professional seeing you, which is why the “who cares for you” section matters commercially and not just institutionally.

What is the cancellation and no-show policy?

[CONFIRM]. Notice period, no-show charge and package validity have to be published — they are contract terms under the CDC.

How much does it cost?

This site publishes no price, deliberately. CFM Resolution 1.974/2011 prohibits publishing prices, promotions and discounts for medical procedures — and until it is settled, area by area, which offerings are medical procedures, the safe route is to publish none. Prices on WhatsApp. [CONFIRM the split]

How do I pay? Is there Pix?

Payment methods [CONFIRM], Pix included. Nothing has been written without confirmation.

Can I have treatments during pregnancy, or with a health condition?

[CONFIRM — and this answer has to be written by the responsible professional]. It is the only question on this list that cannot be answered by whoever builds the site.

Where exactly are you?

Av. Pequeno Príncipe, 1615, Campeche, Florianópolis — CEP 88063-000, in a house with parking. Campeche is linear, so the drawing in the location section shows whereabouts on the avenue.
