Jiu-jitsu

The adult class and the children’s class are two businesses

An adult decides for themselves and signs alone. The children’s class is sold to a parent, who buys safety before they buy grading — and asks questions the adult page never answers.

Adult class

  • From beginner to graded practitioner [CONFIRM the levels]
  • Affiliation and grading system [CONFIRM]
  • A separate women’s class, if there is one [CONFIRM]
  • Own gi or one loaned for the trial [CONFIRM]

  • Minimum age and the age bands of each class [CONFIRM]

A child’s enrolment is a minor’s data. LGPD art. 14 requires the processing to be in the child’s best interest and to rest on specific, highlighted consent from a parent or legal guardian. In practice: the form asks for the guardian first, the consent is separate from everything else and is recorded, and the child does not go onto a marketing list. [CONFIRM where that consent is stored today]
No image on this site shows a child, and this is the page where that costs the most: a photo of the kids’ class is what every competitor publishes. A picture of a minor only arrives from you, with documented permission from the guardians, after signature — and it is worth remembering that permission can be withdrawn, which means knowing which photo each child is in.

The grid, built and empty

It is the most-searched piece of information about a training centre and it exists nowhere today. The grid below is ready for yours.

No class time was invented, and that is deliberate. A wrong time is not a detail: it sends somebody across the city to a locked door, and that person does not come back. [CONFIRM the full grid, activity by activity]

A timetable published as text also answers half the messages that arrive on Instagram — “what time is the kids’ class?” is the single most repeated question this kind of business gets.

The team

Three public names, and nothing verified

The 2018 press names three professionals. They are real people, so no stock photograph stands in for any of them and no credential has been reproduced as today’s fact.

Felipe Reis

Physical education — created the method

The 2018 article attributes to him spells as a confederation physical trainer and work with elite athletes, plus experience in Olympic centres abroad. Those are strong credentials and that is exactly why they have not been reproduced here as the studio’s own claim. Republishing them on your own domain turns a newspaper quotation into your own statement. [CONFIRM each one before publishing]

Bruno Panno

Jiu-jitsu

Grading, affiliation and CREF [CONFIRM]

Paulo Roberto Cerutti

Physiotherapy and osteopathy

CREFITO number and osteopathy qualification [CONFIRM]

No portrait appears on this page. Putting a stock face beside a real person’s name is falsification, however well meant. The frames sit ready for your photography.
For a centre with five regulated activities, the team page is not institutional: it is commercial. The client who researches before booking wants to know who is going to put hands on them, and under what registration.

Frequently asked

What people ask before turning up

What time are the classes?

This is the number-one question and the answer is published nowhere today. The grid on this site is built and empty on purpose: an invented class time sends somebody across the city to a locked door. [CONFIRM the full grid]

What does it cost? Is there a plan?

No amount, plan or minimum term was published, and nothing has been estimated here. [CONFIRM the plans, what each includes and whether there is a minimum term] When a price appears it has to say what it covers — one activity or all of them? therapy included or extra? — under CDC art. 31.

Is there a trial class?

Almost every training centre has one, and it is the shortest conversion path in this trade. [CONFIRM whether it exists, whether it is free and how to book]

From what age can a child train?

Minimum age, the age bands of each class and how many children per instructor: [CONFIRM all of them] They are the first three questions any parent asks, and none is answered online today.

Who teaches the children’s class?

The name, qualification and CREF registration of whoever leads the children’s class [CONFIRM]. For a kids’ class that is not a detail: it is the buying decision.

How is my child’s data handled?

A minor’s data has its own rule. LGPD art. 14 requires the processing to be in the child’s best interest and to rest on specific, highlighted consent from the legal guardian. On this site the children’s enrolment starts with the guardian, the consent is separate from everything else, and the child does not go onto a marketing list.

Do you publish photos of the children?

No image on this site shows a child. A photograph of a minor only arrives from the studio, with documented permission from the guardians — and permission can be withdrawn, which means knowing which photo each child is in. [CONFIRM the studio’s policy]

Who performs the acupuncture and the chiropractic?

In Brazil those practices are carried out by professionals from different backgrounds, each answering to their own council. Saying which applies here, with a name and a registration, settles the question before it becomes an objection. [CONFIRM]

Does the physiotherapy take health insurance?

[CONFIRM whether it takes health plans, which ones, and whether it issues a receipt for reimbursement] It is the second question anyone looking for physiotherapy asks and it costs nothing to answer.

Where exactly is it?

At Multi Open Shopping, on Rodovia Dr. Antônio Luiz Moura Gonzaga, 3339, in Rio Tavares. The unit inside the centre, the nearest entrance and the parking: [CONFIRM]

Is this Clubinho’s official site?

No. It is a speculative mockup. The only public surface for the business is the profile @clubinhofloripa, which sits behind a login wall — no timetable, price or professional registration could be read from it.

Book, ask, enrol

Three different things, and the third has its own rule because it involves a minor.

Children’s enrolment

It starts with the legal guardian, not with the child. That is what LGPD art. 14 requires, and it is also what a parent expects from whoever is going to look after their child.

No minor’s data is stored in this mockup: there is no server. The child does not go onto a marketing list, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. [CONFIRM the real enrolment flow]

Another question

A demonstration: no server and no configured recipient.
