The 2018 article attributes to him spells as a confederation physical trainer and work with elite athletes, plus experience in Olympic centres abroad. Those are strong credentials and that is exactly why they have not been reproduced here as the studio’s own claim. The method
It is a name of your own, created in-house. A proprietary name without an explanation is just a word; with one, it becomes the thing no competitor can copy.
