4. WhatsApp
The buttons on this site open a WhatsApp conversation with a pre-filled message. From the moment you send that message, the processing of your data in that app is also governed by Meta Platforms' privacy policy, over which we have no control.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors necessary to deliver the service:

8. Security

Data collected in a proposal request
The corporate proposal form collects a CNPJ, a job title, an approximate traveller count and an annual travel spend band. This is company and travel-programme data, processed on the basis of legitimate interest and of pre-contractual dealings (LGPD, art. 7, items V and IX), solely to prepare and answer the requested proposal. It is not used for marketing without separate, specific consent, and is not passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Traveller data
In performing a travel management contract we process data on people nominated by the contracting company — name, identity document, date of birth, seat and meal preferences, loyalty programmes and, where an airline, hotel or immigration authority requires it, passport and visa data. This processing is for performance of the contract (art. 7, V) and for compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation (art. 7, II). International transfer
Issuing an international ticket, booking a hotel abroad or applying for a visa means transferring personal data outside Brazil — airlines, GDS, hotel chains, consulates and immigration authorities.
