Today’s lunch, served until we close the line.
A natural buffet, laid out fresh each day. Salads, hot dishes, proteins, vegan options and dessert — what is on the counter today is on this page today.
The serving time and the price are the two most-searched facts about any buffet. Neither appears here until you confirm them — including whether the price is by weight or fixed, which is the most common source of buffet billing complaints under the CDC.
Grains, nuts, flours, spices and teas.
A natural food store in Florianópolis. What you are looking for is probably on the shelf — and what is on the shelf can be ordered over WhatsApp.
Every category in the store is a search someone runs in Florianópolis today and finds a competitor for. A category page ranks; an Instagram post does not.

This week’s board
Someone who checks the week’s board on a Sunday comes three times that week, not once. The days below are labelled examples — no dish has been invented.
[CONFIRM cardápio]
The photographs above are stock and exist only so the mockup renders complete. Real photography of the counter in natural daylight is the weakest part of this simulation and the first thing to replace.
The store
Seven categories. Seven searches that currently find another shop.
Grains & cereals
- [CONFIRM produto][CONFIRM unidade]R$ 00,00
- [CONFIRM produto][CONFIRM unidade]R$ 00,00
- [CONFIRM produto][CONFIRM unidade]R$ 00,00
No brand, supplier, origin or price appears here. The categories are structural until you hand over a stock list. And “orgânico” is a regulated term in Brazil — it appears on no product, heading or meta description without valid certification.
Buying loose
Bring your jar. Weigh it. Pay by weight.
Buying loose is genuinely useful to a first-timer, and quietly a story about less packaging. Confirm whether you sell this way and how it works in practice. [CONFIRM]
Bring your jar
Or use the shop’s paper bags. [CONFIRM]
Weigh it
On the shop scale, with the tare of your jar deducted. [CONFIRM]
Pay by weight
Price per unit of weight, always visible — a CDC requirement. [CONFIRM]
Our story
About Grão Mestre
[CONFIRM quem começou, há quanto tempo, e o que “natural” significa para vocês]
This paragraph is deliberately blank. A founding year, a family story and a sourcing philosophy are not invented — not even in a mockup. Ten minutes with the owner fills this better than any generic copy could.
Where it comes from
For a natural food store, provenance is the whole credibility argument.
[CONFIRM fornecedores, produtores locais, certificação orgânica — nada é afirmado sem comprovação]
“Orgânico” is a regulated term. It appears nowhere here without valid certification, and certification is never implied. The same discipline covers “integral”, “sem açúcar” and “funcional”: state only what the supplier’s own label states. And no health claims: nothing on this site says a product treats, prevents, slims or strengthens — ANVISA restricts that tightly and a mockup must not model the wrong habit.
Takeaway & orders
The kitchen is already cooking. All that is missing is somewhere to sell it from.
A takeaway box from the buffet, a weekly plan, and corporate lunch for offices nearby. High-value, low-effort revenue for a kitchen already producing the food — and today there is no channel to order through.

Both halves of the house.
This entire gallery is placeholder. Real photography of the shelves, the bulk dispensers, the buffet counter and the room replaces all of it before launch — and converts far better.

The buffet board is posted there every day — and vanishes in 24 hours. Here it stays, and Google can see it.
No follower count is printed: a number hard-coded into a static page ages badly and eventually argues against you on its own.
Reviews
Three empty cards, and that is how they stay.
Invented testimonials are misleading advertising under CDC art. 37 and destroy precisely the trust they are meant to build. These slots stay empty until verified Google reviews are wired in.
Find us
The neighbourhood is this business’s single most important SEO input.
A store with a buffet lives on people passing on foot and on “near me” searches. Without the full address and the confirmed neighbourhood, neither search finds you.

[CONFIRM whether the buffet runs at weekends.] Hours in 24-hour format, and the two tables kept separate on purpose: someone searching for lunch needs the lunch hours, not the shop’s.
By the numbers
Four slots, all empty.
No figure goes live unconfirmed. If you would rather not confirm them, the section is deleted — no numbers band is better than an invented one.
Allergens, labelling & information
Two different obligations, because this is two businesses.
The buffet — ANVISA RDC 26/2015
Mandatory per-dish allergen declaration, for those that apply:
Cross-contact — standing declaration: a buffet is a shared serving environment. Utensils, steam and the closeness of adjacent trays make cross-contact inherent, and that has to be stated plainly — not hidden in a footnote. [CONFIRM]
“Contém glúten” / “Não contém glúten” per Law 10.674/2003, per dish. [CONFIRM]
The store, sold loose — labelling at point of sale
- A product sold loose is still required to make allergen and origin information available at the point of sale. [CONFIRM]
- The risk of cross-contact between bins — nuts and gluten-containing grains especially — is real and must be disclosed. [CONFIRM]
- Never restate a nutritional or allergen claim beyond what the supplier’s own label says. Photograph or link the label rather than paraphrasing it.
- Price per unit of weight, always visible and legible (CDC).
If you ever ship products
Distance selling triggers the CDC: a 7-day right of withdrawal (art. 49), a stated delivery timeframe and full supplier identification. That is a phase two with its own scope — not a shop that quietly appears on this site. [CONFIRM]
Contact
Today the only confirmed channel is Instagram.
No phone, WhatsApp or email was captured for Grão Mestre. The WhatsApp buttons in this mockup render, but stay disabled — an invented number can be dialled, and that is worse than having none.
