4. WhatsApp
The buttons on this site open a WhatsApp conversation with a pre-filled message. From the moment you send that message, the processing of your data in that app is also governed by Meta Platforms' privacy policy, over which we have no control.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors necessary to deliver the service:

8. Security

Two operations, one controller
Grão Mestre runs a natural food store and a natural buffet at the same address. The data processed is the same in both cases: identification and contact details of whoever places an order or asks a question. There is no loyalty scheme, no mandatory registration and no profiling. Dietary restrictions you tell us about
If you tell us about an allergy, intolerance or dietary restriction so that we can answer safely about a buffet dish or a store product, that information is used only to answer that question and to brief the kitchen and counter staff for that visit. Orders over WhatsApp

If we ever ship products
