4. WhatsApp
The buttons on this site open a WhatsApp conversation with a pre-filled message. From the moment you send that message, the processing of your data in that app is also governed by Meta Platforms' privacy policy, over which we have no control.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors necessary to deliver the service:

What this site never collects
No form on this site collects a CPF, proof of income, payslips, bank statements or guarantor details. Those documents are needed to complete a tenancy, but they do not belong in a public web form: they are requested through a secure channel, after first contact, with a stated purpose. If a form on this site ever asks for that kind of document, it is out of step with this policy.
Seasonal and long-term searches
The two search forms on this site compose a message carrying the criteria you chose — dates and guests, or neighbourhood, bedrooms and budget band — and hand it to the broker’s WhatsApp. That data is used to find matching properties and to answer your search, on the basis of pre-contractual dealings (LGPD, art. 7, V).
Landlord data
The rent-appraisal form collects a name, a WhatsApp number, the property’s neighbourhood and the intention (seasonal, long-term or sale), solely to appraise the property and reply. It is a separate funnel from the tenant one and the data is not cross-used between them.
Listing platform
Part of the property content on the current site is served by a third-party real-estate portal platform. [CONFIRM which platform, who operates the lead data it generates, and who owns the listing database when the contract ends].
