Juliana teaches foreigners and expatriates, which means students in the European Union and the United Kingdom are squarely in scope. This site is therefore built to both regimes: consent is a free, informed and unambiguous affirmative act, nothing non-essential runs before you switch it on, refusing is exactly as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time. The booking calendar is a third party
An embedded scheduling tool — Calendly, Cal.com or similar — sets cookies and transfers data to its own servers before you have booked anything. For that reason it does not load on page view: it loads only inside the consented branch, or it is replaced with a plain link out to the tool. The introduction video
If the introduction video is hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, it uses a privacy-enhanced no-cookie embed or a click-to-load facade, so that watching is a choice and not a condition of reading the page. It never plays automatically with sound.
Payments are never taken on this site
No card details are collected here and no CPF is requested through the website. A payment link is sent after a lesson is arranged, through a proper payment provider. No qualification, student count, rating, testimonial or years-of-experience figure appears on this site unless Juliana has supplied and confirmed it in writing. No outcome is promised: there is no fluency timeline and no exam-score guarantee anywhere on this build. Exam preparation may be offered; accreditation may not be claimed.
