Weekly timetable

What the school practises, and when

This is the section the live site does not have. Not a hard-to-find one — none. Someone in Lagoa who wants to practise Ashtanga on Tuesday morning cannot learn from the website whether that class exists, and has to open WhatsApp and ask a human — as the school's own FAQ confirms. Every class they do not publish is a message the team has to answer.

Once the real grade arrives, each cell becomes a class with its style, level and teacher, and a WhatsApp button pre-filled with that specific class.

The method

Ashtanga in the Mysore style

The school's primary method, in their words: “individual teaching inside a collective practice, respecting each student's pace”. The practices are “dynamic, with a strong emphasis on the breath and on settling the mind”.

  1. You arrive at your time
The room is already practising. There is no class starting and finishing together: you come in, roll out your mat and begin. Arrival windows per shala [CONFIRM].
  2. You practise your own sequence
At your pace and as far as you have got. Someone who started a week ago and someone with ten years share the same room.
  3. The teacher moves from one to the next
Individual adjustment and instruction inside a full room. That is what “Mysore” means.

Never practised before? Not a problem.

The answer is the school's own, from their FAQ: “No. Our school welcomes all levels... We also run a beginners' group regularly.” The day and time of that beginners' group [CONFIRM].

The three styles

Three practices, and only three

These are the three styles the school names. Nothing has been added: there is no Hatha, no Vinyasa and no Kundalini on this page because there is none at the school.

All levels

Ashtanga (Mysore style)

Described by the school as “individual teaching inside a collective practice, respecting each student's pace”. You practise your own sequence, at your own pace, in a room full of people doing the same, with the teacher moving from one to the next.

The school offers Yin Yoga but publishes no description of it on the pages fetched. Nothing has been written here in its place. [CONFIRM the description in the school's own words]

Sangraha

Named in the school's list of styles and never explained on the site. It is the one practice of the three a visitor cannot begin to understand without opening WhatsApp. [CONFIRM what it is, who it is for and how it is practised]

The online platform

“Not in Floripa? Practise with us from wherever you are.” Annual access to all of the school's online courses.

R$ [CONFIRM] per year

The annual membership is a distance contract with recurring billing. Before signing up, these must be visible: the full annual price, how and when it renews, how to cancel, and the 7-day right of regret (CDC art. 49) counted from the contract. [CONFIRM the real billing and renewal terms] Prices stay in Brazilian reais (R$) on this page too [CONFIRM].

Plans and enrolment

What it costs, said before you have to ask

No price is published on the live site. None has been invented here: every figure appears as R$ [CONFIRM], which is the truth until the school supplies the table. The tier structure below is open too [CONFIRM the real plan structure].

In person

R$ [CONFIRM]

  • Classes at all three shalas [CONFIRM whether a plan covers all three]
  • Weekly frequency [CONFIRM]
  • Single class / drop-in [CONFIRM]

In person + online

R$ [CONFIRM]

  • Both in one plan [CONFIRM it exists]
  • Terms [CONFIRM]
  • Payment methods, including Pix [CONFIRM]

Rules that need to be written down, not agreed ad hoc on WhatsApp

  • Freezing a plan [CONFIRM]
  • Transferring it to someone else [CONFIRM]
  • Cancellation and refund [CONFIRM]
  • Whether a plan is valid at all three shalas [CONFIRM]

Enrolment and the trial class are arranged on WhatsApp. That is the truth of how the school runs today — in the words of their own FAQ: “Just talk to our team on WhatsApp. There you can book a trial class and also enrol.” The difference is that you now arrive at that conversation already knowing where, when and how much.

Events and workshops

The school's international calendar

The strongest credibility asset this school has is currently a small card on a sub-page. Here it opens the section.

STOCK A wide, empty room set up for a gathering, no people. Stock photograph used as a placeholder.

08–13/12/2026 · Shala Lagoa

Ashtanga Yoga with Tim Feldmann & Kino MacGregor

At Shala Lagoa. Kino MacGregor is one of the most recognisable names in global Ashtanga, and this is by some distance the strongest credibility asset the school has. On the live site it is a small card on a sub-page. Their page spells it “Macgregor”. [CONFIRM the official spelling]

Teachers

Who teaches — the page the site does not have

In Ashtanga, who authorised the teacher is the product. The live site names, pictures and credentials not one teacher. This section exists structurally and is left entirely open: no name, no KPJAYI or Sharath Yoga Centre authorisation, no 200- or 500-hour certificate and no registration has been invented.

What students say

What students wrote on Google

Real student quotes, reproduced with the name as it appears publicly. No rating, no review count and no “5.0 on Google” badge — the school publishes none of those numbers on its own site, so this build publishes none either.

Community and content

Everything the school already makes, in one place

“We use Instagram to share news and information about new programmes and events.” A podcast, a channel, a blog and a newsletter — scattered across the footer today, gathered here.

The Instagram feed embedded on the live site serves the plugin's grey placeholder image instead of the post thumbnails. Here it is replaced with static links, which do not break and do not load third-party scripts before consent.

FAQ

The accordion the live site left empty

On the live site this section is up and reads literally “Item Nº 1 / Item Nº 2 / Item Nº 3”, with no questions and no answers. The first two below are real answers they have published; the rest are the questions that are missing.

Do I need experience to start?

The school's own answer: “No. Our school welcomes all levels... We also run a beginners' group regularly.”

How do I enrol or book a trial class?

The school's own answer: “Just talk to our team on WhatsApp. There you can book a trial class and also enrol.”

What do I bring?

[CONFIRM] — own or borrowed mat, clothing, towel, water bottle.

What time do I arrive for a Mysore class?

A Mysore room has no single start time: there is an arrival window. What it is at each shala [CONFIRM].

Is there a changing room and a shower?

[CONFIRM per shala]

What is the minimum age?

[CONFIRM]

Can I freeze or cancel my plan?

Freezing, transfer, cancellation and refund [CONFIRM]. These rules need to be published, not agreed case by case.

What payment methods are there?

Pix, card and recurring billing [CONFIRM]. No figure is published here because none is published on the live site.

Before you start

Yoga is physical activity. Talk to a doctor before starting and tell the teacher about injuries, recent surgery, pregnancy and cardiovascular conditions. The practice does not treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing on this site should be read as therapeutic advice. Pre-practice health form, minimum age and the policy for pregnancy and post-operative students [CONFIRM].

Your first practice is a conversation

Book a trial class on WhatsApp — or look at the timetable first and arrive already knowing.
