A structural document. Every commercial term below stays open until the school supplies its own — no rule, figure or deadline has been invented here.
Who we are

Enrolment and the trial class
Today, enrolment and booking a trial class both happen on WhatsApp, as the school itself states. Enrolment conditions, documents required and start dates [CONFIRM].
In-person plans
Prices, frequencies, validity, whether a plan covers all three shalas, freezing, transfer, cancellation and refund: [CONFIRM]. These rules need to be written down and accessible, not agreed case by case.
Annual online membership
A distance contract with recurring billing. Full annual price, how and when it renews, the cancellation route and the 7-day right of regret (CDC art. 49) counted from the contract: [CONFIRM]. Prices always in Brazilian reais (R$).
Events, workshops and trainings
Price, places, cancellation policy by the student and by the school, and what happens if a date moves: [CONFIRM per event].

Health, risk and responsibility
Yoga is physical activity. Students must tell the teacher about injuries, recent surgery, pregnancy and cardiovascular conditions before practising, and consult a doctor before starting. The school does not offer diagnosis, treatment or therapeutic advice, and no practice is presented as treatment for any condition. Pre-practice health form, minimum age and the policy for pregnancy and post-operative students: [CONFIRM].
Site and platform content
Texts, videos, recorded classes and platform materials belong to the school or its teachers and may not be reproduced, redistributed or shared without permission. [CONFIRM ownership and the platform's usage rules]
Image rights
Photographs and video made in the shalas may only include identifiable students with written, specific and revocable image-rights consent. [CONFIRM whether such a form exists]
Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is a separate document from this one. On the school's live site the footer link labelled “Termos de Uso” points at the privacy policy; here the two documents exist separately and are labelled correctly.
Changes
