10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last revision. Material changes will be flagged on the site.

Third-party data: the testimonials section

This is the part almost no architecture site in Brazil covers. The testimonials section publishes the names, job titles and employers of real people who are not visitors to this site and never filled in a form. That is third-party personal data processing under the LGPD and it needs its own lawful basis — in practice, written consent from each named person (art. 7, item I), obtained before publication and revocable at any time (art. 8, § 5).

A testimonial standing on one website is not automatically a licence to publish it on another. Naming the company as a client is a separate permission from the individual’s permission, and logo use is a third thing again, requiring a trademark licence. [CONFIRM all three, in writing, for every testimonial]

If you are named on this page and want your name removed, ask through the contact channel below. Removal is done without requiring a reason.

Project confidentiality

Corporate, industrial and healthcare projects are frequently under non-disclosure agreements, and plant layouts, clinic plans and site plans can be security-sensitive information, not merely commercially reserved. No image, plan, section or BIM model view is published without a specific written release, project by project. [CONFIRM]

Photography

Architectural and interiors photography is almost always licensed from a named photographer. Every published image needs a credit and a usage licence — per image, not per project — and visualisation studio images (renders) carry their own separate credit and licence. [CONFIRM]

Retention

How long the data from an enquiry that did not become a project is kept: [CONFIRM]. Enquiries that become contracts follow the applicable tax and civil retention periods, which also need confirming in writing [CONFIRM].

Map

No third-party map is embedded on this page. The location block is a drawing of our own, and on the published site it becomes a link out to the visitor’s own maps app — which means no request leaves the browser for a map server before a deliberate click.
