Projects

The work is the product

Their current site has a “Projetos Concluídos” gallery and a “Veja todos os projetos” link, both leading to images with no name, no sector, no date, no city, no drawing and no photography credit. A corporate buyer can do nothing with that. Below is the structure that fixes it, filled with visible placeholders until the real portfolio arrives.

Method

A structured and highly technical process

“Every project is carried out through a structured and highly technical process, designed to offer security and excellence at every stage. The service is personal, precise and aligned to each client’s needs.”

01

Briefing

The meeting where you set out what you need and, together, the level of delivery that meets your expectations is defined.

From their own FAQ
02

Initial studies

The point where the project can still change cheaply. Massing, parti, siting and circulation.

From their own FAQ
03

Municipal approval submissions

Filing with the city. Requires a Registro de Responsabilidade Técnica (RRT) from the responsible architect — or an ART where the scope is engineering.

From their own FAQ
04

Full architectural documentation for construction

The package that goes to site. This is where BIM coordination stops being a sales argument and becomes real clash detection between disciplines.

From their own FAQ
The four stages below are not invented: they come from Studio Archi’s own answer about project duration. [CONFIRM the real internal stage names and any stage between these four]

BIM methodology

“Technology that allows three-dimensional modelling of the building, delivering accuracy and savings on site.”

Studio Archi. — their own words

BIM is the strongest differentiator they publish — and their current site shows no model, plan or section at all. One drawing per case study turns the claim into proof. [CONFIRM which drawings and model views may be published — on corporate and industrial work this is often contractually restricted]

Differentiators

Four things they already publish

01

Personal service

Listening, closeness and made-to-measure solutions.

02

BIM methodology

Technology that allows three-dimensional modelling of the building, delivering accuracy and savings on site.

03

A singular result

Authored projects, with no off-the-shelf formulas.

04

The Studio Archi. signature

Technical excellence allied to aesthetic sensibility.

Testimonials

Clients with a name, a title and a company

Three attributed testimonials, published today on the Studio Archi. site and reproduced here in full. It is the strongest social proof in this entire batch, and it is being wasted in a carousel below the fold.

“It was fantastic for Orica do Brasil!”

“Working with Studio Archi was exceptional. Dedication, professionalism and innovation transformed our space, making it functional and inspiring. I recommend them!”

Jorge QuerneIndustrial Director · Orica do Brasil Ltda
“A singular project, with personality!”

“Studio Archi delivered a singular project with personality for the Shoping, bringing more quality and comfort to our users.”

Guilherme GiordanoOperations Manager · Shopping Jardim Norte

Reproduced exactly as published today, including the spelling “Shoping”. Correcting someone else’s quotation is rewriting it. [CONFIRM with the author whether they want it corrected]

“It went so well that I hired them for my own house.”

“As manager of Shopping Jardim Norte, I chose Studio Archi for their professionalism and quality. It went so well that I hired them for my own house, with impeccable results.”

Vinícius NovaisManager — Shopping Jardim Norte · and residential client

This is the most persuasive sentence on their current site, and today it sits in a low-contrast carousel below the fold. A corporate client who liked the work enough to hire the same practice for his own house is the bridge between the two halves of the business.

Before publishing. Publishing a person’s name, title and employer is personal data processing under the LGPD and needs a lawful basis — in practice, written consent. A testimonial standing on the current site is not automatically a licence for a new one. [CONFIRM written permission from Jorge Querne, Guilherme Giordano and Vinícius Novais, and separately from Orica do Brasil and Shopping Jardim Norte to be named as clients] Logos need their own trademark licence, which is why none appear here.
STOCK Architecture desk with a large monitor showing a three-dimensional model, drawings and a coffee; adult hands only, no face. Stock photograph used as a placeholder.
STOCK Open laptop on a video call with a floor plan being marked up on screen. Screen content only. Stock photograph used as a placeholder.

Remote delivery

On site or online, with no technical loss

“No. We work both in person and remotely. A large share of our projects is developed online, with no technical or operational loss whatsoever. Our methodology ensures the whole process flows with clarity, organisation and security, allowing the work on site to proceed without problems or worries.”

Today this sits as the second answer in a collapsed accordion at the bottom of the page. It is the capability that turns a Zona da Mata practice into a national one — and, alongside a multinational client, it is the real argument for an English tree.

Services

Four practice areas, in their own words

Residential Interiors

We turn dreams into singular homes, reflecting your identity in every detail.

Commercial Interiors

Innovative design that drives business. Create memorable experiences for your customers.

Corporate Interiors

Corporate environments that inspire, promote efficiency and reflect your identity.

Architectural Design

From residential to commercial, we create spaces that harmonise aesthetics and function.

These are exactly the four areas Studio Archi. publishes, with their own descriptions. Nothing has been added — no landscaping, no urbanism, no lighting design, no construction management. [CONFIRM whether any other real practice area exists]
STOCK Corporate meeting room with glazed partitions and integrated joinery, no people. Stock photograph used as a placeholder.
STOCK Residential kitchen with an island, stone worktop and warm timber joinery. Stock photograph used as a placeholder.
STOCK A set of printed technical drawings on a work table in the foreground. Stock photograph used as a placeholder.

Who we are

Technical excellence and sensibility

Studio Archi. works across different areas of architecture, uniting technical excellence and sensibility in the creative process. From corporate projects to residential architecture and interiors, each piece of work is handled exclusively, precisely and in line with each client’s style. Every signature carries technical command, technology and a process designed for those who value excellence.

Studio Archi. works across several areas, from corporate projects serving industry and medical clinics through to residential architecture and interiors, each undertaking treated with dedication and exclusivity.

Why there is no portrait here. Their current site publishes no architect’s name, no CAU number, no founding year and no team. A stock photo in a founder block would be read as the principal, and no stock face may stand in for a real person. The space is held. [CONFIRM the name, title, CAU registration and a real portrait]
Reserved space for the responsible architect’s signature A dashed rectangle with an empty signature line. No name has been written in because no name is published. [CONFIRM] NOME · CAU

The signature goes here, with the name, professional title and CAU registration.

FAQ

The two answers they already publish

How long will my project take?

The duration depends on several stages, from the initial studies through to municipal approval submissions and the full architectural documentation for construction. At our briefing meeting you will tell us what you need and, together, we will define the level of delivery that best meets your expectations.

Does it have to be in person?

No. We work both in person and remotely. A large share of our projects is developed online, with no technical or operational loss whatsoever. Our methodology ensures the whole process flows with clarity, organisation and security, allowing the work on site to proceed without problems or worries.

Only these two. They are what Studio Archi. actually answers today, and they are good. Adding invented questions to pad the section would mean adding answers nobody has verified. [CONFIRM what else they can answer — scope on clinic work, who issues the RRT, what the construction package includes]

Drawn locator. No third-party map loads before LGPD consent; on the published site this block becomes a link out to a maps app, not an embedded iframe.

Where this practice is — and where it is not

This lead reached us described as a Florianópolis firm. Studio Archi’s own footer says Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais; both published phone numbers are area code 32, which is Juiz de Fora; and the clients named in their testimonials — Orica do Brasil and Shopping Jardim Norte — are consistent with MG, not SC. That is why the word Florianópolis appears in no copy, meta tag or JSON-LD in this mockup. Publishing a market a practice does not serve damages credibility and local SEO at the same time. [CONFIRM: are they opening or relocating to Florianópolis, do they have a second office, or was the lead mis-sourced? The whole SEO strategy depends on the answer.]

A second divergence, left visible for the same reason: the lead described the practice as doing “modern homes and multi-unit horizontal developments”. Their site describes corporate, industrial and medical-clinic work alongside residential architecture and interiors, and mentions horizontal development nowhere. This mockup builds what the site says. [CONFIRM whether multi-unit horizontal development is a real practice area]

On the spelling of the name

Their site writes “Studio Archi.”, with a trailing full stop and no accent, consistently in body copy. This mockup uses Studio Archì in the wordmark and preserves their spelling inside verbatim quotations. Both forms sit here deliberately, because picking one without asking would mean inventing the brand. [CONFIRM: with or without the grave accent on the ì, with or without the trailing full stop]
