Architectural Design

Our architectural design is a completely personalised experience, where every detail is carefully considered. From the initial concept to the final touch, the architect Francini Portella works tirelessly to understand the client’s wishes and needs, turning them into a tangible and spectacular reality.

Interior Design

Interior design, more than decoration, is a journey of collaboration and inspiration. The architect, with her expertise and sensibility, understands each client’s individual preferences and works in close partnership to create environments that are an authentic extension of their identity and way of life. Every texture, colour and piece of furniture is chosen carefully to create a perfect harmony, where the client feels truly at home.

Construction and Renovation Management

We offer a complete renovation and construction management service in Palhoça and Greater Florianópolis, on the turn-key model — from demolition to the handover of the keys with the property clean and ready to move into. We handle every stage of the process with detailed planning, budget control, contract management, rigorous supervision and transparent communication. You follow it all with peace of mind while we transform your property with excellence and efficiency.

These are exactly the three areas Studio Hall publishes, with the original descriptions. Nothing has been added — no landscaping, no urbanism, no lighting design. One small, easily-fixed note: the current site menu spells it “SOLUÇÔES”, with a circumflex. Here it is corrected to “Soluções”.

Construction management

It is the strongest promise on their current site, and today it is the third block on a services page: no page of its own, no phase breakdown, and no way to see which finished projects went through it.

Turn key is a contractual promise. Nothing has been added to their sentence: no timeline, no budget guarantee, no fixed price. Any of those goes on the site only if it is in the contract, word for word. Beyond that, construction management raises a professional-registration question their current site does not answer: an architect can manage works within CAU attributions, but structural, electrical, hydraulic and demolition scope is CREA territory, and demolition often requires an engineer’s ART and a municipal permit. [CONFIRM: does Francini manage under a CAU RRT? Are structural and demolition scopes subcontracted to a registered engineer? Does Studio Hall contract the works directly or coordinate the client’s suppliers? That last distinction changes both the liability and the copy.]

A 360° tour needs an accessible alternative: keyboard control and a text description of what the tour shows, room by room.

Nothing is embedded here, deliberately. Your /tour-virtual page exists and has no tour on it. Faking a walkthrough and presenting it as yours would be worse than the empty page. The cover above is a click-to-load facade: it costs nothing until it is asked for and it sits behind the LGPD consent gate.
