What is the capacity of the space?

It is the number-one question about any events venue and the answer is published nowhere. Seated and standing are different numbers and both matter. No figure was estimated here: a wrong capacity costs you the booking after the deposit.

Can the whole space be hired?

Exclusive hire - a buyout - changes everything about the quote and the guest experience.

Does the restaurant close on event days?

A small question with a large frustration behind it: a guest arrives for dinner and finds a private party. Publishing it is the mark of a venue paying attention.

What does an event cost?

It depends on the format, the guest count and the date, and no amount was given to the agency. When a "from" price is published it has to be genuinely achievable and to carry the mandatory extras beside it.

Can I bring my own caterer?

In-house kitchen versus outside caterers permitted is one of the first questions from anyone who has organised an event before.

How do the deposit and cancellation work?

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Capacity is the most-searched fact about any events space — and the most dangerous to guess. “espaço para 100 pessoas Florianópolis” is a real query pattern. A wrong number here becomes a complaint at the site visit and a cancellation after the deposit, so it stays blank until you supply it.
