Whole home
Everything on the panel is backed up
[PLACEHOLDER: 2–3 sentences — client to supply]
Requires [CONFIRM — sufficient battery capacity and panel/transfer equipment]
Storage · Backup · Solar — [CITY, STATE]
[PLACEHOLDER: 1–2 sentences covering new solar + storage, retrofit onto an existing array, and backup-only installations — client to supply]

Three entry paths
Backup scope
The difference customers most often misunderstand — and the one to settle before anything is installed.
Whole home
[PLACEHOLDER: 2–3 sentences — client to supply]
Requires [CONFIRM — sufficient battery capacity and panel/transfer equipment]
Partial / critical loads
Typically via a separate critical-loads subpanel. [PLACEHOLDER: 2–3 sentences — client to supply]
Configuration category
Select the circuits you'd want kept on.
Medical and life-safety equipment: [CONFIRM — client's position on life-safety loads]. A battery system is not a substitute for a medically required power plan.
Indicative only. Actual backup scope and duration depend on your battery capacity, your loads and your electrical panel, and are determined at the site assessment.
Load management
Load management sheds or controls high-draw circuits during an outage so that stored energy is spent on what matters most. [PLACEHOLDER: 2–3 sentences — client to supply]
Time-of-use shifting
A battery can charge at one time of day and discharge at another, under your own utility tariff. Whether that matters for you depends entirely on that tariff.

[NET METERING / EXPORT RATE — VERIFY CLIENT'S STATE AND UTILITY]
How a battery is sized
Backup duration is a function of capacity and actual load. It is determined at the assessment, not on a website.
Incentives and programme status
[PLACEHOLDER — client's own current, verified incentive summary. Must be reviewed by their tax professional.]
[INCENTIVE — VERIFY CURRENT FEDERAL, STATE AND UTILITY STATUS AT BUILD TIME]
Equipment
[CONFIRM — client's actual equipment lines and installer certifications]
Safety and siting
[PLACEHOLDER: 2–3 sentences — client to supply]
Small business
POS terminals, refrigeration, servers, pumps and lighting. [PLACEHOLDER: 2–3 sentences — client to supply]

Questions
Not without storage. A grid-tied solar system without a battery shuts down automatically when the grid goes down, so that it doesn't send power into lines utility crews may be working on. Your home loses power just as it would without solar — even in daylight.
Keeping power on during an outage requires battery storage and transfer equipment configured for backup.
Only the circuits the system was configured to back up. With a critical-loads setup, that is the defined set of circuits moved to the backed-up subpanel; everything else stays off until the grid returns. With a whole-home setup, the whole panel is backed up, but high-draw appliances may still be limited or managed.
Which circuits are backed up is agreed in writing before installation.
