Descubra-se no mundo
Human curation, global connections, tailored service. Bespoke itineraries, full of meaning, that widen what you notice about a destination and about yourself.
Jo Cintra
Four decades in travel before this agency existed.
“Mais do que planejar viagens, cultivamos relações, conhecimento e experiências construídas ao longo de décadas.”
She started in a travel agency at sixteen. She worked through every stage of the sector, from operations to full itinerary planning. She interned at an airline. She moved to Florianópolis. Later she lived in London, which “consolidated her global outlook”. She kept the business trading through crises and technological change — and bet on personalised travel built on relationship, close listening and specialist curation.
Every sentence above is quoted from your own page. Nothing has been added — and that is exactly why it works. This story is the strongest asset on the site and today it sits three clicks away, behind a nav item called “Sobre”.
What the service rests on
Three pillars, in your own words.
Global connections
Personal contacts across more than 500 travel companies: airlines, cruise lines, accommodation and ground support worldwide. [CONFIRM]
Market knowledge
Consultants who personally travel the destinations they sell, and who advise on the right season and the right way to see each place.
Bespoke experiences
Itineraries built for the individual — not packages adapted after the fact.
Featured destinations
Five destinations, carrying the copy you already wrote.
No card carries a price. You publish none, and you should not — bespoke pricing is the positioning.

Find your Destination
This already exists on your site. It is curation, not a quiz.
A destination-finder journey, buried. Framed as curation — three questions a consultant would actually ask — it stops reading as a form and starts reading as the beginning of a conversation.
- Question 1What do you want this trip to feel like?
- Question 2How much time do you actually have?
- Question 3What do you not want to repeat from the last trip?
[CONFIRM the real questions in your existing journey.] The three above are examples of the kind of question, not a reproduction of the existing tool.
Team
Fifteen people, each with a name.
Note two functions: a two-person Events Department and a foreign-exchange desk. Both imply services the site never sells.

[CONFIRM the roster is current before any name goes live], and no portrait publishes without consent. No stock face stands in for a real person anywhere on this site.
Honeymoons and Celebrations
“Cada começo merece ser celebrado.”
Inside this product sits the wedding gift registry — a genuinely differentiated mechanic almost no competitor offers, and today it is a single link on the homepage.
The registry takes money from third parties toward a future service. Before the page describes the mechanic: [CONFIRM the terms, the refund policy and how contributions are held]. That is not a formality — it is what separates a wedding gift from a risk to the guest.
Receptive in Santa Catarina — new page
You say you do it. The site has never sold it.
Your own About page says it in plain words: “serviços personalizados em viagens, turismo receptivo em Santa Catarina e eventos profissionais.” Neither of those last two has a page. An international agency, a Virtuoso partner or an event planner searching “luxury DMC Florianópolis” finds nothing of yours, in any language.
- Who it is sold toDirect to client, or to partner agencies? [CONFIRM]

- Sample programmes[CONFIRM]
- Serra Catarinense[CONFIRM]
- Private boat days[CONFIRM]
No itinerary has been invented here — not one night, not one hotel, not one supplier. The structure is built and the content comes from you. Two new pages and an English and Spanish route into them open a channel your competitors structurally cannot copy: they are not from here.
Professional events — new page
Two dedicated people, and nothing on sale.
Congresses, incentives, missions and corporate events. A B2B funnel kept separate from the leisure one — because the buyer is different, the lead time is different and the conversation is different.
[CONFIRM the events product brief and how the enquiry is routed.]
Credentials
Four lines that are worth money — and not one of them is live.
Named in your own copy as one of the “global networks” the agency is recognised in.
[CONFIRM — logo use requires written permission]The same. A registered mark of another organisation, with strict brand-use rules for member agencies.
[CONFIRM — logo use requires written permission]Registration with the Ministry of Tourism is required by law for travel agencies in Brazil. Your site does not display the number.
[CONFIRM]Jo Cintra Viagens e Turismo. The number is not published.
[CONFIRM]A claim in prose is not permission to reproduce a logo. Until there is confirmation of active membership and written logo-use permission, these stay as text — and no memberOf goes into the schema, because that would be a machine-readable assertion about someone else’s organisation.
Client stories
Three cards, three blanks.
An invented testimonial in a business built on personal trust is not a shortcut — it is the exact opposite of the product.

Events enquiry
A separate funnel from the leisure one, on purpose.
