3. Cookies

Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default and are only enabled if you tick the matching option in the banner. You can revisit your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

4. WhatsApp

The buttons on this site open a WhatsApp conversation with a pre-filled message. From the moment you send that message, the processing of your data in that app is also governed by Meta Platforms' privacy policy, over which we have no control.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors necessary to deliver the service:

International transfers: [CONFIRM — likely, if hosting or analytics sit outside Brazil. State the countries and safeguards.]

6. How long we keep it

Contact data and enquiries: [CONFIRM period]. Consent records: [CONFIRM period]. After that, data is deleted or anonymised, unless a legal retention duty applies.

7. Your rights (LGPD art. 18)

At any time, free of charge, you may request:

To exercise any of these, write to [CONFIRM email]. We will reply within the statutory period. You may also petition the ANPD, Brazil's data protection authority.

8. Security

We apply technical and administrative measures to protect personal data. [CONFIRM measures — e.g. HTTPS, access control, backups]. In the event of a significant security incident we will notify you and the ANPD under art. 48.

9. Minors

This site is not directed at people under 18 and does not knowingly collect children's data. No image on this site depicts children or minors.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last revision. Material changes will be flagged on the site.

An existing policy, reviewed — not replaced

Jo Cintra already publishes a Política de Privacidade and a Política de Cookies. This document is a review of those pages, not generic text laid over them, and the existing URLs are preserved. [CONFIRM the full registered name, the CNPJ and the data officer].

What the travel enquiry collects

The enquiry on this site collects dates or an intended month, party composition and the reason for the trip — honeymoon, celebration, family, corporate. That is not sensitive data in the sense of LGPD art. 11, but it is information a client considers personal, so the purpose and the retention period are stated here rather than left implicit. The data is used to design and answer that enquiry, and it reaches a named consultant, not a shared inbox. [CONFIRM the retention period].

Issuing travel services

On booking, we process the data required to issue tickets, reservations and insurance — which means transferring information to airlines, hotels, ground operators and insurers, in Brazil and abroad. That transfer is necessary to perform the contract and to meet the requirements of the destination country’s authorities (LGPD, arts. 7, V and 33).

The wedding gift registry

The registry receives contributions from third parties toward a future service. Before the site describes that mechanic, the terms, the refund policy and the way contributions are held must be defined and published. [CONFIRM].

Foreign exchange

Foreign-exchange dealing in Brazil is regulated by the Banco Central and carried out through an authorised institution or as a correspondent of one. No FX service is advertised on this site until the authorisation or the partner institution is confirmed. [CONFIRM] — this is the highest-risk claim on the whole site.

Prices and currency

Nothing is publicly priced, and that is deliberate. Any figure that does appear will be in Brazilian reais (R$), with inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms stated. If a foreign-currency figure is quoted, the FX basis and date appear alongside it — the company runs a foreign-exchange desk, so this situation will arise.
