Buy or rent
Buyers want financing, paperwork and a valuation. Renters want guarantees, term, pets and furnishing. Blending the two into one grid only confuses both.
The three usual ones in Brazil are a guarantor, a deposit and rent-guarantee insurance, and each changes the cost and the approval time. Which Regente accepts and on what terms: [CONFIRM]. This site does not collect guarantor details.
