Shipping and returns

The one-of-one problem, spelled out.

Shipping, exchanges and returns

The one-of-one problem, faced head on

This is where most brechós copy a normal shop’s text and promise something they cannot deliver.

Exchanging for another size is structurally impossible

There is no second unit. Copying a normal retailer’s exchange policy is promising what cannot be delivered. What genuinely exists is a refund, or credit toward another piece — and the site has to say so in those words. [CONFIRM which]

Right of regret — 7 days (CDC art. 49)

Every remote purchase gives seven calendar days from receipt to cancel, for any reason, with a full refund including outbound shipping. That applies to a brechó just the same. It belongs on the piece tag and at reservation, not only inside a policy page.

Legal warranty — on second-hand goods too (CDC art. 26)

Wear that was described and photographed is not a defect. Wear that was not described is. That is exactly why the condition scale and the flaw photograph are compliance infrastructure, not a design flourish.

Reservations

How long a piece is held and what happens when the hold expires [CONFIRM]. A rule written on the tag prevents the “but I asked first” conversation.

Shipping across Brazil

Carrier, cost, times by region and tracking [CONFIRM]. The shipping cost has to appear before the purchase decision, not after.

Hygiene

How pieces are cleaned before they go on the rail [CONFIRM]. “Higienizada” is a claim, not a mood — if it is said, it has to be true and described. Second-hand swimwear and underwear need their own policy, and it is the one place a hygiene restriction on the right of regret may be defensible — [CONFIRM with counsel before writing it].

Payment

Methods accepted, Pix included [CONFIRM]. At this size Pix is almost certainly the main one.

Condition

The scale, published

Almost no brechó in Brazil publishes a condition scale. Publishing one does three things at once: it wins trust from people buying unseen, it cuts returns, and it is the difference between “a pile of second-hand clothes” and “a selection”.

New with tags

New, never worn, original tag still attached.

New with tags · 5/5

New without tags

New, never worn, tag removed.

New without tags · 4/5

As new

Worn a handful of times, no visible marks.

As new · 3/5

Good

Light wear consistent with use, always described on the piece.

Good · 2/5

With marks

Has one specific named flaw, photographed close up.

With marks · 1/5
The rule that makes the scale real: every piece below As New carries a close-up photograph of the mark. No exceptions. Wear that was described and photographed is not a defect; wear that was not, is — and the CDC art. 26 legal warranty applies to second-hand goods just the same.
This scale is a proposal, not yours. The five points have to match how the owner actually sorts pieces, because a scale she cannot apply every day does not survive a fortnight. [CONFIRM the real grades and the words she already uses]
New and used cannot mix without a label. Secondary sources say the shop sells both. If it does, every piece has to say which — it changes the price expectation, it changes the warranty position, and trust in everything else on the page depends on it. It is the single largest consumer-law exposure in this business model. [CONFIRM]

Measurements and fit

The measurement matters more here than the size label

Older sizing runs differently, vintage runs differently again, and there is no second unit to exchange into. So every piece carries the measurements of the garment, in centimetres, measured flat.

“If you are unsure, message on WhatsApp and we will measure the piece for you.”

This is a real service promise and it does not go on the site without the owner agreeing to honour it. [CONFIRM]

No measurement has been invented. The table is built with the right structure and left empty on purpose. Measurements in centimetres on the piece are not just conversion: they are a required CDC disclosure, because a buyer has to be able to know what they are buying. FAQ

What people ask before reserving

How do I reserve a piece?

Tap the tag and WhatsApp opens with the piece number already in the message — no need to explain which dress, no screenshot, no “the one from Tuesday”. [CONFIRM the shop’s WhatsApp — no number is dialled in this mockup]

How long is a reservation held?

[CONFIRM]. Whatever the window, it has to be written on the tag and be the same for everyone — that is what prevents the who-asked-first conversation.

What does each condition grade mean?

The scale has five points and it is published in full on the condition page. The rule that makes it real: every piece below As New carries a close-up photograph of the mark. [CONFIRM the shop’s real grades]

Are the clothes washed before sale?

[CONFIRM]. Nothing has been asserted here, because “higienizada” is a claim and not a mood: if it is said, it has to be true and described.

Can I return something that does not fit?

Exchanging for another size does not exist here — there is only one unit of each piece. What does exist is the 7-day right of regret (CDC art. 49) on any remote purchase, with a full refund including outbound shipping. And the best defence against a piece not fitting is measuring first: the measurements are on every tag, and you can ask the shop to measure again.

Do you ship?

A secondary source says yes, across Brazil. Carrier, cost, times and tracking [CONFIRM]. Shipping makes this a distance sale, and the whole CDC regime comes with it.

How often do new pieces arrive?

[CONFIRM] — and this is the answer that sets the rhythm of the whole site. A published schedule turns Instagram followers into a list the shop owns.

Do you take consignment?

[CONFIRM whether the shop buys, consigns or accepts donations]. No percentage and no period has been written on the consignment page, because consignment is a contract.

Are designer pieces authenticated?

[CONFIRM]. If no authentication process exists, the honest position is to describe the label as it appears and say so — and no brand name is published on a piece without the shop confirming it.

Do you sell new pieces too?

A secondary source says yes. If so, every piece has to say whether it is new or used, without exception. [CONFIRM]

How do I pay? Is there Pix?

Payment methods [CONFIRM]. At this size Pix is almost certainly the main one, but nothing has been written without confirmation.
