Remote delivery
On site or online, with no technical loss
“No. We work both in person and remotely. A large share of our projects is developed online, with no technical or operational loss whatsoever. Our methodology ensures the whole process flows with clarity, organisation and security, allowing the work on site to proceed without problems or worries.”
Where this practice is — and where it is not
This lead reached us described as a Florianópolis firm. Studio Archi’s own footer says Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais; both published phone numbers are area code 32, which is Juiz de Fora; and the clients named in their testimonials — Orica do Brasil and Shopping Jardim Norte — are consistent with MG, not SC. That is why the word Florianópolis appears in no copy, meta tag or JSON-LD in this mockup. Publishing a market a practice does not serve damages credibility and local SEO at the same time. [CONFIRM: are they opening or relocating to Florianópolis, do they have a second office, or was the lead mis-sourced? The whole SEO strategy depends on the answer.]
A second divergence, left visible for the same reason: the lead described the practice as doing “modern homes and multi-unit horizontal developments”. Their site describes corporate, industrial and medical-clinic work alongside residential architecture and interiors, and mentions horizontal development nowhere. This mockup builds what the site says. [CONFIRM whether multi-unit horizontal development is a real practice area]
On the spelling of the name
Their site writes “Studio Archi.”, with a trailing full stop and no accent, consistently in body copy. This mockup uses Studio Archì in the wordmark and preserves their spelling inside verbatim quotations. Both forms sit here deliberately, because picking one without asking would mean inventing the brand. [CONFIRM: with or without the grave accent on the ì, with or without the trailing full stop]
