Talk to Terra Maya
One channel we were given, and more work to do before it is a real one.
A number circulates on a business directory, but it did not come from you — and in that same record the website and the address are wrong. No scraped number went into a button on this site.
[CONFIRM]
A shop in a mall gets corporate gift enquiries by e-mail, and that does not fit in a DM.
[CONFIRM]
Shop
Multi Open Shopping. The unit, the floor and the hours: to be confirmed.

Send a message
A demonstration: no server and no configured recipient. Nothing leaves the browser.
The shop
A physical shop inside a shopping centre
Natural cosmetics is a category you smell, test and ask about. The physical shop is not an operational detail: it is the argument.
Where it is
Multi Open Shopping, Florianópolis. Unit and floor: [CONFIRM]
Hours
Does it follow the centre’s hours or keep its own? [CONFIRM]
Open since
The press records the opening as March 2019. [CONFIRM]
Click and collect
Buying online and collecting in store is the obvious fit for a business with both. [CONFIRM whether it exists]
Where you are on the web
Three addresses, and the main one does not exist
This section does not usually belong on a shop’s website. It belongs on this one because it is the most expensive item on the list and nobody seems to have noticed.
The domain in the press does not resolve
terramayacosmetica.com.br returns NXDOMAIN. It is not a site that is down: the domain does not exist in DNS. Every article and every directory still sends people there, and those people arrive nowhere.
A shop exists on another domain
terramaya.com.br answers and sells cosmetics, footwear and accessories, with the line “Cosmetics that respect your skin — and the planet”. Florianópolis appears nowhere on it. [CONFIRM whether it is yours]
Two Instagram profiles
The record we were given carries @terramayacuradoria; the press points to @terramayacosmetica. Two profiles split the audience, the history and the social proof down the middle. [CONFIRM which one stays]
Frequently asked
What people ask before coming to the shop
Where is the shop?
At Multi Open Shopping in Florianópolis. The unit and floor inside the centre [CONFIRM] — and that is the question that arrives most often by message for a shop inside a mall, so it belongs in the footer of every page.
Do you sell online?
A shop is live at terramaya.com.br, but we could not confirm it belongs to the same company and it does not mention Florianópolis anywhere. [CONFIRM] If it is yours, click and collect is the obvious fit.
Are all the products vegan?
This site does not claim that. A March 2020 article records the shop saying “99% vegan”, but five and a half years on, with suppliers coming and going, that percentage cannot be republished as today’s fact. [CONFIRM product by product] What works better is marking each line on the shelf and on the page.
And organic? Is there a certificate?
Organic depends on certification by an accredited body and applies per product, not per shop. [CONFIRM which lines are certified, by which certifier and since when]
Which brands do you carry?
The list is the shop’s best search asset and it is not written here, because a third party’s mark needs written permission from the supplier. [CONFIRM the list and the permission]
Can I bring my jar and refill it?
Refilling is the easiest practice to prove and the one that builds the most loyalty. [CONFIRM whether there is a refill station and for which products]
Do you accept Pix?
Pix is the dominant method in Brazilian retail and the answer is almost always yes, but nothing has been confirmed by you. [CONFIRM the payment methods]
Is this Terra Maya’s official site?
No. It is a speculative mockup. The profile we were given sits behind a login wall, the domain the press points at does not resolve, and no price, brand or certification was invented to fill the page.
